Ordering by Phone: Just give us a call anytime during our regular operating hours. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also ship C.O.D. on request.

Ordering by Mail: Fill out the order form. Make sure all information necessary is filled out completely. Fill in your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card number and expiration date or enclose a check. Make sure that 10% shipping charges are included on all orders paid by checks. Tennessee residents add 9.25% state sales tax.

Shipping Charges: Please add 10% shipping charges on all mail orders paid by check (minimum $10.00). Phone orders and credit card orders will be charged shipping according to the number and weight of the package. An extra $9.50 will be added for C.O.D. orders. Tennessee residents add 9.25% state sales tax.

Prices: We strive to maintain the prices as listed in our catalog. However, we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Returns: Your satisfaction is guaranteed, if you are not satisfied with a part, it may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the invoice shipment date, less a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days, no returns or exchanges will be permitted. A copy of the invoice is necessary for all returns and exchanges and must accompany those items. No items may be returned after installation is attempted. No Refunds On Any Electrical Parts.
