Ordering by Phone
Just give us a call anytime during our regular operating hours. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Ordering by Mail
Fill out the order form. Make sure all information necessary is filled out completely. Fill in your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card number, your expiration date and the three number verification number on the back of your card, or enclose a check. Make sure that 10% ship charges (min. $10.00) charges are included on all orders paid by checks. Tennessee residents add 9.25 percent state sales tax.

Shipping Charges
Please add 10 percent shipping charges on all mail orders paid by check (minimum $10). Phone orders and credit card orders will be charged shipping according to the number and weight of the package. Oversized items are subject to additional charge. Extra large items will be shipped truck freight. Residential delivery will add extra cost. Do not call JJ’s Classic Mustang; we are not responsible for truck freight damage. Inspect your order completely while driver is present. Have them note any damages or lost parts. If damages are found after delivery, call the carrier immediately for inspection. JJ’s Classic Mustang Parts offer no responsibility regarding the safety of these products. Tennessee residents add 9.25 percent state sales tax.

We strive to maintain the prices as listed in our catalog. However, we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, if you are not satisfied with a part, it may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the invoice shipment date, less a 20 percent restocking fee. After 30 days, no returns or exchanges will be permitted. A copy of the invoice is necessary for all returns and exchanges and must accompany those items. No items may be returned after installation is attempted. No refunds on any electrical parts.

Catalog price of $3 will be refunded on your first purchase.
